GDEZpGRxThose who say girls aren’t funny can just go suck a fatty after this one.  Chelsea Peretti proves that girls are indeed funny-really, really funny in her new hour-long Netflix special, “One of the Greats.” From the opening sequence featuring Chelsea on the back of a motorcycle racing through the streets of San Francisco, she takes the viewer on a fun and hilarious ride with her wry, unique, comedic writing. She delivers her stand-up routine in front of a live audience, including some lucky bitches (real dogs), at the Palace of Fine Arts in San Francisco.  Anyone who’s ever eaten a banana in public will definitely appreciate this special (you’ve gotta watch it to get that one) and those who haven’t will still enjoy her Chelsanity.

I was one of the lucky ones who was able to attend a screening of the special Chelsea hosted earlier this week at Largo in Los Angeles. Chelsea had a book signing after the event, despite not having ever written a book, a good message to everyone to not get hung up on the minor details in life. No book, no problem, she signed any book her fans brought.

One thing that also caught my eye was the adorable orange sleeping bag/coat Chelsea wore in the film and at the screening. I did a little research for all you fashionistas out there and it’s called a Poler Nap Sack Wearable Sleeping Bag. You can purchase one at REI just in time for Christmas!

“One of the Greats” is available on Netflix right now, so go make it a Great weekend with Chelsea!
